All surfaces should be clean, dry, free from grease and loose impediments. Used to reduce noise on automotive doors, floor, roof, engine cover, water tanks etc.
Remove the backing paper and then compact to the application area. |

Top Best 663B is a sealing material, which is made from high quality rubber that has excellent adhesion. It is resistant to acids and alkali, provides good ageing and UV resistance and has strong thermal insulation performance. It does not flow under high temperature and doesn’t crack under low temperature. |
All surfaces should be clean, dry, free from grease and loose impediments. Application areas include automotive air conditioning, commercial air conditioning, interior flooring and riveted sheet metal between the casing to provide insulation and shock absorption. Remove the backing paper and then compact to the application area. |

| TP-5188 Reinforced Adhesive Sheet |

Top Best 5188 is a reinforced, self-adhesive, heat curable composite material based on epoxy resin with glass fibre. It can be used in the automotive body, cure with electrophoretic paint and strengthens after curing. Good performance on resistance of the electrophoretic paint and pre-treatment liquid providing strong adhesion to the base metal. The tape is a reactive adhesive and storage temperature affects the shelf life and ideally should be stored below 35°C. |
Apply to automotive body steel, CRS, galvanised metal sheeting, aluminium, oily plate (oil up to 3g/m2) to reduce noise and suppress vibration. Remove the backing paper and apply the application surface to the adhesive sheet to seal before curing under 160°C to 210°C for 30 to 60 minutes. |

Top Best W002 is a synthetic rubber tape made from the latest closed-cell foam technology, containing blowing agents that cause the sealant to expand when heated. Excellent performance on elasticity, sound deadening and shock absorption. This highly conformable product gives good adhesion across a wide range of substrates and remains flexible throughout its service life. |
All surfaces should be clean, dry, free from grease and loose impediments. These strips can be supplied in roll or die cut formats. Apply direct from the reel, compacting to provide good adhesion before removing the backing paper to apply the seal across the joint of the other surface. Expanding the tape requires temperature of 160°C to 210°C for between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the environment conditions. |
